Jon Friend
Jon has been inspecting houses since 2011,
and has lived in Central Ohio all of his life.
Prior to being a home inspector, he was a project manager for a housing builder, a superintendent
for a housing builder and an outside salesman
for a building materials supplier. Jon is a graduate
of Ohio University, and went to high school in
Central Ohio. In his free time, he enjoys spending
time with his family, golfing and boating.
Jason Corrigan
Jason has been inspecting houses since 2015, and has lived in Central Ohio all of his life. He has 12+ years of construction experience prior to becoming a home inspector. Jason is a graduate of Ohio University, and went to high school in Central Ohio. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and the outdoors.
Allison Friend
Allison has been working with CDE since 2015. She handles the office duties and keeps everything in order. Allison is a graduate of Ohio University, and went to high school in Central Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, boating, and walking her dogs Lucy and Ruby.
Lucy & Ruby
Lucy assists with the office management. She enjoys scratches on her cheeks, barking at delivery vehicles and eating mulch. Ruby also assists with the office management. She enjoys digging holes, food and annoying her big sister Lucy.
